For 7 years this event has raised funds to support the artists-in-residence program in each and every elementary school classroom in Brunswick. The artwork this year comes from 77 artists who provided a total of 199 pieces. All artwork is 10" x 10", ready to hang, and on sale for $200. Of this amount, $100 goes to Arts Are Elementary to support their art programs and $100 goes to the artist.
The event takes place on Friday, September 26 from 6 to 9 pm. Sales begin at 6 pm sharp. The event is hosted in two venues in Brunswick: Curtis Memorial Library (23 Pleasant Street) and next door at St. Paul's Episcopal Church (27 Pleasant Street)
Artwork can be previewed online and at the two venues.
Public previews: Thursday, September 25, 6-9 pm
Friday, September 26, 12-3 pm
Special raffle: Dr. Will Wilkoff generously donated one of his larger paintings (see below) for a raffle. His 10 x 10 paintings have always been two of the first paintings to sell each year. This donation opens a chance to everyone to own a Will Wilkoff painting.
